Refunds for Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. We offer refunds for faulty items within 2 days from the date of delivery. To request a refund for a faulty item, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe and provide them with relevant details and supporting evidence (such as photographs or videos). Once the item has been returned to us and its condition has been verified, we will initiate a refund. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. We offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within 5 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange. 

Ready-to-wear Pieces

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on ready-to-wear pieces. Please carefully review the product description and sizing information before making your purchase. Our ready-to-wear pieces are available in free size and measure 55"-56" in length.
